By booking with Twister Adventure, you agree to the following terms, which apply to all tours and services offered. Please read carefully.

### 1. Booking & Payment
* All bookings require the allocated deposit to confirm.
* Prices are in USD/BSD, but confirmed bookings remain at the paid rate.
* Payments are accepted via cash upon arrival, major credit cards and digital platforms.

### 2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be done 72 hours in advance or more to obtain a full refund of the deposit.
Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund of the deposit.
Operator cancellations (e.g., weather): Up to the discretion of the captain whether the weather will cause cancellation and therefore determines your deposit refund.

3. Tour Details
Experiences may include water activities, wildlife encounters, and beach stops. Inclusions vary per tour. Guests should review tour descriptions carefully.
* Meals are not included unless stated. We do offer additional stops where meals are served at an additional cost.
* Bring your own refreshments if desired. Refreshments, however, are served like water, soda and rum punch.

4. Guest Responsibilities
* All participants must be in good health.
* Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. No infants under two years will be allowed any tour experience.
* Disclose any medical conditions or allergies during booking. Our company uses our discretion to determine functionally able persons that can attend our tours based on the activities being facilitated. We reserve the right to accept or decline patrons due to this.
* No drug use before/during the tour.
5. Safety & Conduct
* Follow all crew instructions and safety briefings.
* We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
* We are not liable for delays, injuries, or property loss beyond our control.
6. Personal Items
Guests are responsible for their belongings. Twister Adventure is not liable for lost or damaged items.

7. Media Consent
We may capture images/videos for marketing. Please notify us before departure if you wish to opt out.
8. Legal
These terms are governed by Bahamian law. Disputes will be handled by Bahamian courts.
